About The Position
Membership Specialist is responsible for providing phone-based customer service, sales for our Device, mobile app.
- Upselling, cross-selling and retaining Dario customers
- Servicing Dario users to purchase products that meets the customers educational and medical needs
- Answering inbound calls
- Creating goals and plans to improve revenue and sales skills
- Escalating quality, service and marketing concerns voiced by customers to manager
- Acting as voice of the customer in company at large
- Taking on other daily tasks: calculating numbers, uploading leads, etc.
- Collaborating with Dario Coach and support teams when customer needs other resources
- Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills with English at mother tongue level - Mandatory.
- Sales skills
- Patience and a strong customer service attitude.
- Energetic, independent, quick learner, highly motivated, and detail oriented.
- Willing to work evening shifts (working if front USA customers)
