Membership Specialist


About The Position

Membership Specialist is responsible for providing phone-based customer service, sales for our Device, mobile app. 

  • Upselling, cross-selling and retaining Dario customers
  • Servicing Dario users to purchase products that meets the customers educational and medical needs
  • Answering inbound calls
  • Creating goals and plans to improve revenue and sales skills
  • Escalating quality, service and marketing concerns voiced by customers to manager
  • Acting as voice of the customer in company at large
  • Taking on other daily tasks: calculating numbers, uploading leads, etc.
  • Collaborating with Dario Coach and support teams when customer needs other resources
  • Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships


  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills with English at mother tongue level - Mandatory.
  • Sales skills
  • Patience and a strong customer service attitude.
  • Energetic, independent, quick learner, highly motivated, and detail oriented.
  • Willing to work evening shifts (working if front USA customers)
