Erez is passionate about building great products with exceptional user experiences and is dedicated to advancing digital health and value-driven healthcare. As CEO of DarioHealth Corp. (Nasdaq: DRIO), he leads a global digital therapeutics company revolutionizing how people manage their health across the chronic condition spectrum. Under his leadership, Dario has developed a novel, evidence-based approach that leverages data, high-quality software, and personalized coaching to empower individuals to adjust their lifestyles and take control of conditions including diabetes, hypertension, musculoskeletal pain, and behavioral health.

Erez has guided Dario through transformational milestones, including the acquisition of Twill and the expansion of the company's multi-condition platform into one of the most comprehensive digital health solutions in the market. With hundreds of thousands of active users and the highest consumer satisfaction ratings in the category, Dario's user-centered approach continues to set the standard as the company scales into new conditions and markets.

Steven is instrumental in developing and executing strategies to drive rapid commercialization. Nelson oversees Dario’s global commercial activities, including growth strategy, sales, client management, marketing, strategic partnerships, and expansion into new markets. Steven brings over two decades of experience building and scaling technology-centric healthcare companies. Most recently, Nelson served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Contigo Health, a multi-faceted collaborator for healthcare providers, plans, and employers. During his tenure at Contigo Health, he led the company to revenue scale and turned the business to profitability, managed over 75 clients in the portfolio, and established several national and regional health plan partnerships as well as employer relationships. Before his role at Contigo, Nelson served as the Chief Operating Officer of Anthem Inc.’s Diversified Business Group. There, he played a pivotal role in the “One Anthem” transformation initiative that developed strategic business plans resulting in a $7 billion run-rate revenue.

Chen Franco Yehuda is a strategic finance and corporate executive leader known for translating financial insight into business execution, value creation, and scale in emerging industries. As Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Corporate Secretary of DarioHealth Corp. , Chen leads Dario’s financial and corporate strategy and oversees investor relations, capital markets strategy, governance, and legal affairs - building the foundations that enable sustainable growth and long-term stakeholder value.

Chen’s career spans decades of executive leadership across publicly traded healthcare and life sciences companies, including CFO roles at Pluri Inc. (NASDAQ: PLUR) and Pluristem Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: PSTI) where she led complex cross-border strategic transactions, structured funding initiatives, and M&A activities, while also managing IT and compliance and championing operational modernization through systems, automation, and scalable processes. She won the CFO Excellence Award in 2025 on her accomplishments.

Chen also served as a board and audit committee member of Brenmiller Energy (NASDAQ: BNRG) . She began her career at PwC, leading audit teams for public and private companies.

Passionate about connecting finance to mission-driven impact, Chen is energized by Dario’s purpose—powering behavior change that drives better health—and the opportunity to help unlock the value of digital health at scale. Outside of work, she mentors and advocates for advancing women into senior leadership, and enjoys music, traveling, fashion and finds her reset in the kitchen and in the gym.

Lara is a seasoned commercial and operations executive with over 20 years of experience delivering exceptional results across digital health, health-tech, technology, professional services, and manufacturing. Her career has spanned senior leadership and C-level roles at both startups and Fortune 1000 organizations, where she has built high-performance teams, cultivated inclusive work environments, and driven innovation and growth.

Lara is adept at developing leaders, shaping actionable business and people strategies, and navigating complex challenges. Beyond her professional work, she is committed to community leadership and actively engages as a guest speaker and mentor on topics including women in leadership and personal and professional development.

Omar is one of the world’s leading experts on behavior change. He is keen on behavior change in chronic disease, and his career is characterized by developing, piloting, and commercializing scalable solutions that drive durable behavior change. As Chief Medical Officer at Dario, Omar is responsible for clinical solutions and provides visible external and internal leadership. In his role, he conducts clinical research, vets clinical partnerships, and sets clinical product and sales strategies to drive clinical and financial outcomes. Previous roles include Chief Medical Officer of Catasys (now OnTrak, Nasdaq: OTRK) and Medical Director at Hazelden. He has an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, an M.D. from the University of Maryland School of Medicine and served as Executive Chief Resident in Psychiatry at Duke University. He is a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association, is a Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine, and is board-certified in Psychiatry, Addiction Medicine and Medical Management. He is the recipient of numerous awards and the author of several publications, including the best-selling book Craving: Why We Can’t Seem to Get Enough.

As Chief Compliance Officer, Mona is responsible for establishing and executing regulatory and clinical strategies for digital therapeutics and maintaining the FDA and ISO 13485 coompliant quality management systems. She has over 10 years of experience in research and development, regulatory affairs, manufactoring, and quality systems in digital health, medical devices, in-vitro diagnostics, companion diagnostics, and pharmaceutical products. Her FDA regulatory experience spans the development of analytics and clinical trial protocols, Pre-Submissions, IDEs, DE Novo PMAs, and 510(k)s. She has led numerous successful product submissions in E.U., Japan, Australia, Russia, and Brazil, among other countries.

Chris is a seasoned commercial leader with nearly 20 years of progressive experience in the healthcare technology and medical device industries. His career has been dedicated to launching innovative, disruptive products and solutions that have redefined paradigms and elevated care standards to improve patient outcomes within the highly regulated payer and provider sectors. Chris spent a significant portion of his career at Cogentix Medical, which was subsequently acquired by LABORIE. He joined Cogentix Medical's predecessor, Vision-Sciences, in 2009 as one of its early founding team members. With expertise in strategic market development and sales, Chris excels in supporting early-stage companies in navigating complex markets. As an active committee member within the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI), Chris has contributed to the development of critical national standards documents widely adopted by hospital systems across the United States. Additionally, he is a published co-author in the Journal of Molecular Biology and holds a degree in Biological Sciences from Rutgers University in New Jersey.

Rob joined Dario in 2025 to lead go-to-market strategy, brand positioning and demand generation. He brings over 20 years of leadership experience in high-growth digital health marketing, having previously served in senior marketing leadership roles at Pager Health, Teladoc, The Clinic by Cleveland Clinic and Athenahealth. Rob holds a B.A. in Economics, summa cum laude, from Tufts University, an MBA in Marketing from Harvard Business School, and a J.D. in commercial law from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.

Matt is a veteran healthcare and digital health executive with extensive experience in client services, account management, and service delivery. Prior to joining Dario, he held leadership roles at LetsGetChecked, Newtopia, Fitbit, Provant Health Solutions, Virgin Pulse, and Optum, among others, where he was responsible for managing strategic client relationships, driving program participation, and delivering data-driven insights to maximize outcomes.

Matt takes a consultative approach to client management, developing strategic account plans and providing guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Worcester State University and a Master of Arts degree from St. Thomas University.

Dennis Matheis is President and Chief Executive Officer of Sentara Health. He has spent the past 30 years in senior leadership roles within the healthcare industry. Dennis previously served as Executive Vice President of Sentara Healthcare and President of Sentara Health Plans. Prior to joining Sentara, he spent 13 years in leadership roles at Anthem, Inc. Matheis serves on the Board of Directors of the Virginia Chamber of Commerce – Team Virginia and DarioHealth. He also serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP). Matheis earned his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Kentucky and practiced as a Certified Public Accountant before entering the healthcare industry.

Dennis M. McGrath has been a director of our company since November 12, 2013. Mr. McGrath is a seasoned medical device industry executive with extensive public company leadership experience possessing a broad range of skills in corporate finance, business development, corporate strategy, operations and administration. After an 18-year career at PhotoMedex, Inc. (Nasdaq: PHMD), he joined PAVmed, Inc. (Nasdaq: PAVM, PAVMZ), a multi-product, commercial stage, medical technology company in 2017 and presently serves as its President and Chief Financial Officer. Additionally, upon the IPO of PAVmed’s majority owned subsidiary, Lucid Diagnostics, Inc. (Nasdaq: LUCD) he was appointed its Chief Financial Officer. Previously, from 2000 to 2017 Mr. McGrath served in several senior level positions of PhotoMedex, Inc. (Nasdaq: PHMD), a global manufacturer and distributor of medical device equipment and services, including from 2011 to 2017 as director, President, and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to PhotoMedex’s reverse merger with Radiancy, Inc. in December 2011, he also served as Chief Executive Officer from 2009 to 2011 and served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer from 2000 to 2009. He received honors as a P.A.C.T. (Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technology) finalist for the 2011 Investment Deal of the Year, award winner for the SmartCEO Magazine 2012 CEO of the Year for Turnaround Company, and finalist for the Ernst & Young 2013 Entrepreneur of the Year. During his tenure at Arthur Andersen & Co., where he began his career, he became a Certified Public Accountant in 1981 and he holds a B.S., maxima cum laude, in accounting from LaSalle University. Mr. McGrath presently serves as a director, and audit chair of several medical device companies, including Citius Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: CTXR), Biovector, Inc. and as a founding member and director from its inception in 2014 until 2024, Cagent Vascular, Inc. Formerly from 2007 to 2009, Mr. McGrath served as a director of Embrella Cardiovascular, Inc. (sold to Edwards Lifesciences Corporation, NYSE: EW). He also serves as the Chairman of Board of Trustees for Manor College. We believe Mr. McGrath is qualified to serve on our Board of Directors because of his accounting expertise and his experiences serving as an officer and director of public and private companies.

Hila Karah is a managing partner of Pitango HealthTech VC. She is an experienced life science professional, skilled Investor, business development, entrepreneurship, financing, venture capital, strategy, corporate governance and strategic partnerships. In addition to her role in Pitango VC, she serves as a member of multiple Boards of Directors. Prior to Pitango VC, she served as Chief Investment Officer of Eurotrust Ltd., a family office, where she focused primarily on investments in life science, internet and high-tech companies. Prior to joining Eurotrust, Hila served as a senior analyst at Perceptive Life Sciences, a New York-based hedge fund. Prior to her position at Perceptive, she was a research analyst at Oracle Partners, a healthcare-focused hedge fund. She holds a B.A. in molecular and cell biology from the University of California, Berkeley, and has studied at the UCSB – UCSF Joint Medical Program.

Adam K. Stern is the CEO of SternAegis Ventures and has been the Head of Private Equity Banking at Aegis Capital Corp. since 2012. Mr. Stern has been a FINRA licensed securities broker since 1987 and a Registered General Securities Principal since 1991. He has been a founding investor in numerous private and public companies and has been a member of the board of directors of Dario Health Corp since March of 2020.

John Palumbo is a seasoned healthcare executive with nearly 40 years of experience spanning early-stage ventures, high-growth healthcare companies, and Fortune 100 organizations. He has served as a board chair, director, and senior advisor to healthcare AI, tech-enabled services, and medical device companies, helping leadership teams build high-performance cultures, scale go-to-market strategies, and drive long-term value creation.

Previously, John held senior leadership roles at Cencora, Shared Medical Systems, Allscripts, and I-trax, where he helped lead business transformation, growth, and innovation across the healthcare landscape. He brings deep expertise in governance, operational scaling, and healthcare technology to Dario Health’s Board of Directors.
